Return/Exchange Policy


 Fabby Glamtique has a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns must be postmark back to Fabby Glamtique within 7 business days from the date your order was originally delivered. Please note that Fabby Glamtique do not issue return labels. Fabby Glamtique is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return.

Fabby Glamtique is not liable for shipping companies delay or any misrouted packages to Fabby Glamtique. Fabby Glamtique is not responsible for any lost or stolen Packages!
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage, or smoke. If the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Item will be rejected and return to sender Reason for return (e.g., damaged, or wrong product) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

• DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL). NO RETURN ON ACCESSORY ITEMS.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

Items can be Returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Store Credit Only will be provided for all returns. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be notified by email with a store credit code to use. You have 10 business days to use your store credit, or it will expire and at this point, we will not issue another store credit. 

We will ONLY ISSUE A REFUND if the item purchased is out of stock. In this case, we will notify you by an email of a cancelation of your order. A refund will be automatically issues by your form of payment. Please allow 10 business days for refund to process by your bank. Please note that we will reserve the right to impose a RESTOCK FEE of 20%
