RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thanks for shopping at Fabby Glamtique. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and
purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Fabby Glamtique. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Fabby Glamtique, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the item you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have two weeks to return your item starting from the date it was delivered to you. All qualified returns will be issued a store credit coupon code which will expire 30 days from the date it was originally issued.
If you would like to return a product, please follow our guidelines as below.
When Preparing A Return:
Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in their original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached. Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy of your records. If you can’t send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return. Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice. Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. Fabby Glamtique will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Shipping A Return:
Returns must be postmark back to Fabby Glamtique within two business weeks from the date your order was originally delivered. Please note that Fabby Glamtique do not issue return labels. All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage, or smoke. If the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Item will be rejected and return to sender Reason for return (e.g., damaged, or wrong product) Fabby Glamtique is not liable for shipping companies delay or any misrouted packages to Fabby Glamtique. Fabby Glamtique is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return. Fabby Glamtique is not responsible for any lost or stolen Packages!
• DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL).
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: SALE ITEMS SPECIAL PRICE/DISCOUNTED PRICE ITEMS CLEARANCE ITEMS DOOR BUSTERS. NO RETURN ON OUR SPECIAL OCCASION ITEMS.
We owe it to ourselves to serve our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be informed about it in advance so that you don’t have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment (not Cash on Delivery), then you will be refunded once our team confirms your request.
We carry out thorough quality checks before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time, we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. Please note that Fabby Glamtique is not liable for damage that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will revise your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will proceed to issue the appropriate refund/store credit for you. Your refund may take a couple of days to process but you will be notified via email when your store coupon code is ready. Refunds will not be provided for any returned item. Store Credit Only will be provided. All Final Sale items are final and does not qualify for a return or an Exchange. Please note that we will reserve the right to impose a restock fee of 20%. Our return department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
