How to Request a Return
We're sorry to hear you'd like to make a return. You can submit a return request directly from your account. Sign in and select the order you'd like to return.
Return and Exchange Policy
- Return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item. Once a return is approved, the item must be postmarked and sent to the return address provided by Fabby Glamtique within 7 business days of delivery.
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging.
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are provided only when an order is canceled because an item is out of stock.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, are subject to approval and availability, and may require return and reshipping costs.
- Clearance, final-sale, swimsuit, intimate-apparel, accessory, and gift-card purchases are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Please contact customer support at chat-us@fabbyglamtique.me for approval and a return address before sending any item back.
Once we receive your request, we will send you a return authorization and further instructions.
