Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

At Fabby Glamtique, we understand that plans can change.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed.

After the 1-hour cancellation window has passed, a pre-order can no longer be canceled, modified, or changed because processing with our supplier may have begun.

Pre-Order Shipping Estimates

Any estimated shipping timeframe shown on a pre-order listing is an estimate and may change due to supplier availability.

Once a Pre-Order Has Shipped

Once a pre-order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery if your order meets the requirements of our Return Policy. A restocking fee may apply. Please review the Return Policy for details.

Refund Timing

Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address, contact us immediately at chat-us@fabbyglamtique.me within 1 hour of placing your order. Once an order ships, we cannot make any changes to the order.

Fabby Glamtique reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion due to suspected fraud, inventory discrepancies, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
