What is Shop Pay/Afterpay?

A payment service that lets you get your purchase now and pay for it in four equal installments made every 2 weeks with no interest.

How Does It Work?

Shop the site as you normally would, then select the payment plan you prefer at checkout. You will be redirected to the payment plan provider’s website to register and provide your payment information. If you’ve used it before, all you need to do is log in.

When using Shop Pay/Afterpay, you make your first payment, which is 25% of the order total, when you place your order. The last 3 payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks in equal payments from the card you provided. You can make payments earlier than scheduled by logging into your payment account. To view your payment schedule, log in to your payment account.

How Much Can I Spend?

To use the Shop Pay/Afterpay payment plan, the value of your bag must be between $35 and $1,000. You must be 18 or older and have a U.S. debit or credit card and U.S. billing address.

Late Fees

If you are unable to make a scheduled payment, Shop Pay/Afterpay charges an $8 fee if the funds aren’t in your account when payment is due. Another $8 fee will be charged if the missed payment isn’t made within 10 days. Late fees won’t exceed 25% of the total order value.

When Will My Order Ship?

After your order is placed, it will process and ship like a regular order. Shop Pay/Afterpay orders have the same shipping processing as all other orders.

Returns With Shop Pay/Afterpay

If you need to send an item purchased through Shop Pay/Afterpay back for store credit, the returns process is the same as for any order. If you are still making payments when you return an item for credit, we will issue store credit according to our store policy, but you will need to continue making payments until the balance is paid in full.
