Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy explains when regular orders may be canceled or updated.

Cancellation window

Standard Shipping: You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

Express Shipping: You may request cancellation within 2 hours of placing your order.

Shipping rates are not listed in this policy because they may vary by destination, order date, carrier availability, and the shipping option selected at checkout.

After the cancellation window

After the applicable cancellation window has passed, we may have started processing your order and may not be able to cancel it. Once an order has shipped, cancellations, modifications, and address changes are not allowed.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Delivery address changes

Please report an incorrect delivery address within the applicable cancellation window. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after that time or once the order has shipped.

Returns

Returns and any applicable restocking fees are handled according to our returns policy.
