Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Pre-order items are reserved before they are ready to ship. Supplier availability may affect the estimated shipping date.

Cancellation window

You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing a pre-order.

After the 1-hour window, supplier processing may have started and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shipping estimates

Pre-order shipping estimates are provided in good faith and may change because of supplier availability. We will send tracking details when your order ships.

Refunds

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Delivery address changes

Please report an incorrect delivery address within the 1-hour cancellation window. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after that time or once the order has shipped.

Returns

Returns and any applicable restocking fees are handled according to our returns policy.

Once a pre-order ships, cancellation, modification, and address changes are not allowed.
